We provide free quotes for smaller projects. Smaller jobs are usually quoted within a week and larger projects within 1 month. We aim to include any unforeseen issues, so that our final price will go down -instead of up!
Basic design work is included with every quote, saving you time and money. We work with some of Edmonton’s best Interior designers for more in-depth space planning at a reasonable rate.

At 53/50 Contracting, we understand that time is a valuable commodity. We strive to create a meticulously detailed schedule that is updated daily on the job. Timeline and updates can be viewed by clients anytime through our integrated software.
In addition to our schedules and updates, we provide meetings when necessary and any on site changes are discussed, and pricing agreed upon by the client before proceeding. We provide decision schedules so clients know what choices they have to make and when.
At 53/50 we love discovering new technologies that advance the home atmosphere. We work with many local companies and research new products regularly, as there is always a newer and better way to do a task!
The 2 owners and founders of 53/50 have a combined 30 Years of experience in construction. Both journeyman red seal carpenters, we only hire subtrades who are journeymen of their fields as well. We strongly believe that journeymen have made the commitment to their trade and earned their prestigious title. That makes all the difference in the process of “doing it right”.

The last thing you need in your renovation is some unforeseen accident that could injure someone or damage your property. 53/50 Contracting is fully insured and has WCB to cover these costs, just in case.
